Going into its 10th year, Industrial Safety and Security Source (ISSSource.com) launched when safety was already a significant player within the manufacturing sector, but security was in its infancy. To better represent the changing dynamic of the safety and security segment within the manufacturing automation sector, ISSSource is starting off 2020 with a new look and feel.

While the site launched a redesign a few months ago, ISSSource changed its logo to better represent the dynamic nature of the safety and security sector.

“In this ISSSource brand identity redesign we set out to capture and visually elevate the significance of ISSSource’s platform,” said Anna Rubino, design director with the Anna Rubino Design Group. “The updated look better reflects the tenacity and insight required to deliver trusted information utilized by IT-OT professionals in the increasingly connected global landscape ISSSource covers.”

“Safety and security has gotten to the point where they are the backbone to any manufacturing platform,” said Gregory Hale, editor and founder of ISSSource. “If a manufacturer is not safe and secure, then it will be very difficult to for them to survive in this increasingly competitive, global marketplace.
