A piping connection leak caused over 10,000 gallons of a mixture of oil and produced water to spill at a well site in McKenzie County, ND, state officials said.

The incident occurred Tuesday at a site about 10 miles southeast of Keene, said officials at the state’s Oil and Gas Division.
