Safety product provider, Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (PIP), reached a deal to acquire personal protective equipment provider, Cincinnati, OH-based West Chester Protective Gear (West Chester).

Starting up in 1978, West Chester Protective Gear provides high performance solutions to ensure workers stay safe. The company has a line of industrial hand protection products along with a protective apparel line including high visibility clothing, disposable clothing, aprons and sleeves, rainwear, and welding apparel.
