A fire forced staff to evacuate from the GEEP electronics recycling plant in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, after a blaze broke out Wednesday.
The fire broke started up at 2:30 p.m., and more than 70 staff members in the building were able to get out safely.
The fire was in a special machine at the plant. But firefighters got it quickly under control, said Carrie Clark-Weatherup with the Barrie Fire Service.
After getting the fire under control, crews were working on hot spots using foam to contain the smoldering embers, Clark-Weatherup said.
The cause of the fire is not known. The Office of the Fire Marshal has been called in and started an investigation Thursday.
