Two people suffered minor injuries after a fire at Sinclair Oil Refinery in Sinclair, WY, though no one required hospitalization.

The Tuesday fire emanated from a flange on top of a pressurized storage tank, refinery officials said.

The areas surrounding the tank farm evacuated as a precaution and firefighters extinguished the blaze shortly after it occurred, said spokesman Ryta Sondergard.

This is the first fire at the refinery since a September 2013 explosion that also did not result in injuries.
